When I was a young girl going to school we faithfully started the school day with The Lord's Prayer. The Bible was a book that could be opened and read aloud to the class and no one had to worry about being accused of poisoning children's minds.
Nativity scenes could be set up on the town green and well wishers could say Merry Christmas without worrying about being labeled politically incorrect because it was offensive.
The Word of God foretells that a day is coming when a world leader will appear who will lead the people away from the true God. He will spread a new religion, one without the redemption of Christ. As a matter of fact you will pay with your life if you refuse to deny Christ and conform to this world religion.
I'm not writing this to scare anyone. I do pray it will bring some to think about the current events of the day.
Our country was founded on christian beliefs. Our forefathers declared us to be,"One nation under God." Yet as a Nation we constantly continue to push Him out of our lives and take Him out of the lives of our children.
It is my belief that what is going on today is setting the stage for this new world leader to spread his deception. For Christians its a time to stand firm in their belief and faith in Jesus Christ.
For those that do not know the Lord it's a time to go to the Word of God, there you will find that everything that is going on around us today was foretold thousands of years ago. We can not stop prophesy from coming to pass. We can rejoice in the fact that Jesus has promised to take care of His own.
One day, and I believe it to be very soon, He will return to take His body of believers to be with Him, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. We do not need to be in fear of what is to come. We have Christs Word to take comfort and hope in. It is God's perfect will that none should perish but have everlasting life in Christ Jesus, John 3:16.
Have you made Him your Lord and Saviour? Are you at peace knowing your future is secure in Him? If not I pray that you will take this time to call on Him today, He's waiting for you, He died to guarantee your forgiveness of sins, and He rose from the grave to guarantee you will have eternal life with Him.
Jesus is coming soon....Are you ready for His return?

There is a lot of truth in that, I believe the antichrist is alive and well today. The stage is set and it's almost time for the show to begin.
Barrack Hussein Obama worries me because Oprah Winfrey is pushing a new age christ which teaches that we are all gods and miracles are in us. That we should not cling to the rugged cross. And since she is backing Obama in his campaign and he studied to be a terrorist, was sworn in on the koran instead of the bible, speaks of change but won't give details of just what he plans on changing, it leads me to beleive he will do away with christianity.
