I was on my way home from work, just another typical day. I was about three miles from my house and I watched as the car in front of me veered off the road and crashed into a telephone pole. I got out of my truck and ran up to the car to see if the driver was OK, when I got to the car there was no driver, only his clothes. I stood there puzzled for a moment and the person that was driving behind me ran up to me and asked of the driver was OK, I told her that nobody was in the car, only the drivers clothes remained. I dialed 911 to inform the local police, after a long time on hold I finally got a police dispatcher on the line; he informed me that they had many calls about the same thing and multiple reports of people simply vanishing. I gave him the information as to the location of the crash and hung up the phone in a state of confusion.
The other driver and I decided there was nothing we could do now and we departed the scene. As I continued home I listened to news radio in my truck horrified at what I was hearing. There were reports of major accidents, airplanes crashing into various buildings and thousands of people missing. There were reports of a major train crash in Cleveland and a 167 car pile up in interstate 70 in western Pennsylvania just to name a few.
As I turned on my street I noticed random clumps of clothing here and there and a couple other vehicles that had been wrecked into other vehicles and homes. I pulled into my drive and saw my wife's car was there and rushed inside to see if she was there. Upon entering my home all I found were was the dog remaining. The kids' clothes were laid out on the sofa as if they had been watching television and my wife's clothes lying on the floor in the kitchen. It was heart wrenching to see it especially in my own home. It only took me a moment to realize that the rapture had happened and that I had been left behind. I knew of the rapture and that the time was near and the way the world was set for it to happen but I never thought it would actually come to pass in my lifetime.
I switched on CNN as I tried to dry the tears that were pouring from my eyes like a waterfall and saw that in a matter of hours the world had slipped into total chaos. There were reports of plane crashes, shipwrecks, more car accidents than anyone could ever count, riots and upheaval like never seen before in the history of the world. There were also multiple reports of vanishings.
Just as I was getting ready to go out and check on other family members the news was interrupted by an announcement from President Obama. He was on the news telling everyone that there had been hundreds of thousands and maybe even millions of vanishings. He said the government was working to find an explanation and that this was a global event, not just America. A man came up to Mr. Obama and handed him a paper and Mr. Obama had to immediately leave the camera.
The next thing I heard scared me more than I have ever been in my entire life. The Secretary of State Hillary Clinton appeared on the podium and informed us that were being attacked. Russia and Iran had launched a nuclear arsenal towards the United States. It was all out war and she informed us that the military was working to intercept the missiles. She also declared that we are now under marshal law and that there had been a 9 o'clock curfew implemented for the entire United States. She explained that anyone who resisted would be immediately imprisoned without trial and would be dealt with swiftly.
This had all happened within a matter of hours, I knew we were in for a time of great tribulation as mentioned in the Bible. I knew that the only thing I could do was pray. This was all in God's hands now. Jesus had come for His church and I had been left behind. Don't let this be you. Turn to Christ before it is too late. Open your heart and ask him into your heart to live there forever and accept him as your one and only savior. Don't be left behind.

The financial collapse of the United States.

As many of you already know the economy in the US is doing horrible. Everyday we see the market lose ground, sure some days it bounces back but it always loses that momentum faster than it gained it. I read a financial article just today that the FED said that the outlook for the rest of this year is bleak and even worse for 2009. Just today GM, Ford and Chrysler met with congress to try to get 25 billion dollars to help them survive. Many say that even if the auto industry gets the money they will falter anyway and I definitely agree with that. I mean we are talking about 3 CEOs that have run three giant companies into the ground. They arrived to that meeting in three separate private jets; that right there tells me that they have no clue how to run a business. If I were begging for money to fix a huge mess I would hitch hike to that meeting just to show that I myself could cut back on spending.
Now let's take a global look. All banks around the world are in a "horde the money" mindset. They are scared to loan to anyone even each other and who can honestly blame them? They are dropping like flies! The US government can't bail out every company nor can any other government it's just not possible. Sometimes you have to let something die so you can make something new. This seems to be one of those times. Russian markets have recently been closing very early, a couple of weeks ago they were closing their markets within 30 minutes of opening because they were falling so rapidly.
I don't pretend to know the answer to this huge financial mess the world is in but something has to give. Since the 700 billion dollar "bail out" went through the house and Bush signed it, it has been altered to fit whatever Mr. Paulson wants to do with it. The whole thing is a joke I think. Sure we are near 10 trillion dollars in debt, let's print 700 billion dollars and save the banks!!! Yeah pretty soon our money will be as useless as Monopoly money.
Many people have begun stock piling canned foods and other items and I think that is a good idea. We are in a recession but it's worse than the media wants you to know. I know for a fact that the military is in the beginnings of working with local police departments across the United States to train them for marshal law. When the market collapses (and believe me it will soon) there will be all kinds of commotion. The military has detainment camps already being prepared for such a case as rioting and looting. They will throw you in a truck and take you there and deal with you when they get around it.
It isn't going to get any better on January 21st when Obama takes office. He can't fix this mess either, he said all kinds of things to get elected and it worked but we are inn too deep to get out now. The unemployment rates are the highest in half a decade. The FED has already cut their key interest rate to 1% and is talking about cutting another ½%. It hasn't been that low in nearly 50 years!
The only thing we can do is pray, that is the only thing that is going to save us from this catastrophe. Not Obama, not bail outs or anything monetary. This is in Gods hands. These are the last days we are witnessing and what we think is bad now won't look so bad in 2-3 years when it is REALLY BAD.

Depression 2008-2009?

The stock market is a rollercoaster that I am glad I am not riding on. Last week Bush signed off on the bailout deal to help ease tension in a market that is ready to collapse at any moment. Even after signing that bill today (10/06/2008) the market experienced its largest ever one day loss. At one point today the market had gone down 800 points. This bringing the DOW down to the 9000 range, an area the market has not seen since 2004.
People what we are witnessing here is the economic fall of the United States, but it's going even farther than that, now it's global with China, Japan and even Europe feeling the tension. The credit market has dried up almost completely; it is nearly impossible to get a loan now and if you do the interest rates are horrible. Around the world we have people looking to leave the larger cities and going so far as to move to farm land areas so they can grow their own foods. We have a food shortage like never before and prices on everything we buy are astronomical. Many predict a full blown depression by the first of 2009 if not before then. The only things that are increasing in values seem to be silver and gold. We have major banks that are failing like never before as well.
Now is the time to save anything you can because there will be a time very soon when you will need it. Now is the time that if you have money in the markets cash it in and get out, there are many out there that think they can ride it out. This depression will be different that the previous ones, when this on is over, it will be a whole new world. Look for a new "global market" that will merge all markets together as one, the plans are in the early stages now, just ask Nicholas Sarkozy. He wants to host a summit for a one world financial system.
Watch the markets and the way of the world today, it's a precursor to even bigger events that are beginning to unfold. These are very interesting times we live in and they are only getting worse.

Time is running out. Are you ready?
All we need to do today is pickup a newspaper or turn on the evening news to realize we are living in the end times. The signs are all around us. The love of many has "waxed cold." the "wars and rumors of wars," "pestilence and disease," "earthquakes, floods, hurricanes," in various places, "false prophets," "lawlessness," these are just some of the signs.
When I read that a mother has killed her child or a father has taken out his whole family or a child has taken out a number of peers it brings me back to reality of the time we are living in. News like this use to be a rare thing, but today it has become common place.
Look at the floods, earthquakes, tornado's, hurricanes, the weather in general. India just had the worst flooding in 50 years. The Midwest had devastating flooding as did Florida and other parts of the country. Japan evacuated thousands from their homes due to flooding.
Several earthquakes of a magnitude of 5.0 and above. In May 2008 china was hit with a Magnitude 7.9 earthquake that killed 67,000 people and caused severe damage in the Dujiangyan-Mianzhu-Mianyang area.
The US got hit with several killer tornado's this year. The deadliest tornado outbreak in the United States in more than 20 years.
Hurricanes - Strong hurricanes are getting stronger. The death toll in Haiti has climbed beyond 500 people after the area was hit by a hurricane. With 10 named storms already, the 2008 Atlantic season is certain to top the yearly average of 11. Forecasters at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Climate Prediction Center recently projected 14 to 18 named storms before the season ends Nov. 30.
We have wars, rumors of wars. The recent Russian-Georgia war, the Iranian threat, the Iraq war, the Middle East. There is a lot of instability in the world today. Very much uncertainty of what will happen. Who will strike first?
How about the "love of many will wax cold" It is so sad, yet so true. Just look around you, turn the news on. Take a look at the crime rate. Robberies, murders, beatings, vandalism, the list is endless. Everyday seems to be getting worse. Each crime seems to be more horrific than the one before it.
The churches are under attack. Christians are being persecuted in various countries including the United States. Some are tortured or put to death for there belief in Jesus. In some countries Christians cannot worship God openly they meet secretly to worship.
Peace in the Middle East? Right now a four-way summit of leaders of Syria, France, Turkey and Qatar is taking place. Four sessions have already been held, a fifth is scheduled for September 18th. The hope is that these will lead to eventual face-to-face negotiations between Syria and Israel. The future of negotiations rests on whether a new prime minister in Israel will be committed to pursuing peace with Syria. It was agreed that Lebanon would join the peace talks once direct negotiations between Israel and Syria commence.
Everything is moving at an accelerated rate. Bible prophecy is unfolding before our eyes. How much longer before Jesus comes for His church.........then that terrible 7 year period will begin shortly thereafter. Time is running out. Are you ready?

Closer then you think
Oil prices hit $125.00 today. Imagine what that is going to do at the gas pumps. A tornado touched down in N.C. today and tornado's ripped through Virginia Thursday night and Friday morning. There are over 100 thousand people dead in Myanmar and still at least 100 thousand missing. There are 34 children dead in China from the Hand, foot and mouth disease an outbreak that has 27,499 sick. A lethal variant on an ancient disease affecting wheat has spread from its base in Africa to Iran and now threatens vast fields in South Asia, the Middle East and Europe at a time of global food shortages, agricultural specialists warn.
Let's take a look at what has happened just this past week. Weather wise, tornado's, earthquakes, cyclones, volcano's. Weather experts are saying 2008 is the deadliest tornado season yet. Ash from the Chilean volcano, which started erupting 10 days ago for the first time in thousands of years, has spoiled lakes, rivers and lagoons, plants and habitat for animals. An earthquake of 7.8 hit China today, their second earthquake this year of that magnitude. The cyclone in Myanmar claimed thousands of life's.
What about sicknesses. Let's see, this past week alone the Hand, foot and mouth disease has affected some 28 thousand children. Let's not forget the Bird-Flu. The virus remains hard for people to catch, but scientists worry it could mutate into a form that spreads more easily between humans, with the potential to kill millions worldwide. Worldwide, at least 241 people have died from bird flu since 2003, according to the World Health Organization. Most human cases have been linked to contact with infected poultry.
Famine: There have been riots in Morocco, Senegal and Cameroon. Rice is now worth $600 a ton. Millions of people in India face starvation after a plague of rats overruns a region. Violent food protests are breaking out in parts of the world. A lot of this is because the food is being used as Bio fuel. Natural disasters are another problem, as are diseased grain and birds. What about the wars? America is still in Iraq. Hezbollah is fighting in Lebanon. Fighting continues in Kashmir. Israel is still surrounded with fighting. It seems there is a war going on just about everywhere. Let's not forget the Iranian threat.
The European Union is putting together a Mediterranean Union which will consist of the Mideastern nations. This is the brain storm of France's President Nicolas Sarkozy. Sarkozy will take over the Presidency of the EU in July. France is inviting all the countries around the Mediterranean rim, including Libya, Syria and Israel, to a European Union summit in Paris on July 13. Sarkozy believes that this will bring peace to the region.
Matthew 24:4-8
4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8All these are the beginning of sorrows.
In the above verses Jesus said we would see these things taking place. He said it was the beginning of sorrows, or the beginning of birth pains. I believe what we are experiencing right now are labor pains. As time moves on so shall the pains increase and the frequency of them become worse.
I believe Jesus is coming soon. Before long we will hear that trumpet sound and that voice from the clouds call us "up" to be with Jesus forever.
1 Thess. 4:13-18; 13But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

RFID Chips - Would You Buy?
Verichip is going to market their Health Link RFID implants directly to the public beginning April 28,2008. Verichip will hook up its chip with its patient ID system called Health Link. The implant will carry personal health records which will be readily accessible to emergency personal if the patient is unconscious, confused or unresponsive. It will provide doctors and nurses with immediate access to vital medical and emergency contact information.
The microchip is about the size of a grain of rice and is injected just under the skin in the rear upper portion of the right arm. The Health Link microchip stores only a unique 16-digit identification number. Emergency medical personnel use the Health Link scanner to retrieve the member’s identification number to access his or her personal health record.
Is this the forerunner to the mark of the beast that Revelation 13:16-18 talks about?

Chips - Not the 2 cops on motorcycles either

Recently it seems more and more we are seeing the "chip" idea being implemented all over the world. This chip would be a very small transmitter about the size of a piece of long grain rice that would be implanted in the hand. The chip could contain information like your driver license information, credit card information, your credit rating or any other personal information up to and including your criminal record. This precedure has been tested on lab animals. Some of these animals have developed tumors where the chip resides.
But let's think this over, I recall several instances where hackers have gotten into credit card databases, cardholders were issued new cards when this occured. Now, would we have to get new chips if this happened to Verichip? Makes you wonder.
Personally, if this becomes mandatory I for one would go down fighting. This invades our privacy to the fullest extend. I carry a wallet, it has a driver's license and a couple credit cards, it's not an inconvenience at all. Been doing it all my life. There is no need to start putting chips in everyone at this point.
